“Many artists have felt drawn to the project because they have lost friends, family and colleagues to cancer. This is a personal project for me too, I hope we can contribute our grain of sand to the collective fight against this horrible disease’- Alex Ferrer.

All profits from the album will be donated equally to Breast Cancer UK and Children with Cancer UK for cancer prevention and research.

The music

Representing the best of Deep House, we find Andre Butano, Aldo Cadiz, Jay Tripwire, Aamir, Jey Kurmis and Jared Love. Each contributes to the album with their unique sound, but at the same time agrees on one thing: the mastery of the bassline, an ear pleaser that pushes the groove deeper into your soul. Punchy, sidechained, muted basslines that will have you hooked in the loop with fast, smart, uplifting melodies and vocals creating the perfect mix.

The Techno category is incredibly varied with some of the biggest names in the industry: Yaya, Hito, Cristian Varela, Guy Laliberté, Kowalski, Heîk, Alexi Delano, Gladis, Soul of Zoo, Fabio Florido and Egbert. With this panel of artists, “Beating Cancer” features many Techno subgenres for 909 lovers such as Melodic, Peak Time, Dark, Raw and Hypnotic.

Tech House is reflected in the album by The Cube Guys, Toni Varga, Gunnar Stiller, Distale, Juliet Sikora, Flo Mrzdk, Michel De Hey, Patrick M and Maurizio Ruggiero with deep dark kicks, fast hats, strong basslines, unfold seductively by carefully building and unraveling.

Finally, some of the biggest House Music artists on the scene complete “Beating Cancer” with their exclusive titles. Top producers like Crazibiza, Sandy Rivera, Alex Ferrer, Denney, Superlover, Tuccillo, Tucanae, Alex Neri, Craig Hamilton, Daniel Steinberg, Klik & Frik, Malandra Jr., Maya Pacziga, Peter Brown, His Bitter Truth, Simone Vitullo, System of Survival and Jude Elliott contributed to the album with tracks ranging from Organic House compositions to the funkier Disco and Jackin’ House.
