Hosted by Jekalyn Carr and Kierra Sheard, Stellar Award winners, 37th Annual Stellar Gospel Music Awards celebrate excellence in the genre throughout the past year. The Atlanta ceremony recorded live will be broadcast tonight at 8 p.m. on BET, MIS SHEand BET Internationaland is sure to remind viewers of the enduring and uplifting legacy of gospel music.

The event also honors industry icons for their outstanding achievements in and out of the music industry. This year, multi-Grammy award-winning producer Aaron Lindsey won the Aretha Franklin Icon award, while the esteemed Ricky Dillard walked away with the James Cleveland Lifetime Achievement Award.

This evening 37th Annual Stellar Gospel Music Awards the premiere will grip audiences with stellar representations by renowned artists – with Kirk Franklin, Erica Campbell, Maverick City Music, Marvin Sapp, Tye Tribbett, Le’Andria Johnson, Koryn Hawthorne, Brian Courtney Wilson, Jor’Dan Armstrong, Doe, Rudy Currence, Chrisette Michele, Darrel Walls, James Fortune and more.
